Terms and Conditions for PCGB Membership Promotional Offer (the “Promotion”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is Oracle Asset Finance Limited (CRN.05564813), trading as Oracle Car Finance (OCF), whose registered office is at Oracle House, Whitfield Business Park, Knaresborough, HG5 8BS (“Promoter”).
2. The terms and conditions of the Promotion offered by the Promoter are below. By utilising the Promotion, you are indicating your consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Your personal information will be used for the purposes of checking your membership status with Porsche Club Great Britain (PCGB) to ensure you meet the minimum requirements for the Promotion.
4. By entering the Promotion, you are also consenting to the Promoter keeping you informed of products and services by telephone, text message, post and e-mail. You have the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing from us at any time. You can do this by clicking the link on the footer of all our marketing emails, using the number provided on the marketing text message, by speaking to a member of our team on 08450 944 997, or by emailing info@oraclefinance.co.uk. 5. Any personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent.
6. This promotion is exclusively available to PCGB Members when taking out a new car finance agreement with the Promoter, OCF.
7. The Promotion is restricted to one entry per individual.
8. To redeem this offer, you must be an active member of PCGB and will be required to share your membership number for the purpose of checking your membership status.
9. You will be eligible to receive a reimbursement of your first finance payment when taking out a new agreement via OCF as a PCGB member. The refund will be processed within 31 days from the first payment date after your finance agreement goes live.
10. The Promotion is open to customers over the age of 18 and resident in the UK except employees of Oracle Asset Finance Limited and/or PCGB and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12. The refund will be made directly into the bank account provided to OCF.
13. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel or amend the Promotion, or any of the terms and conditions, without giving notice at the absolute discretion of the Directors of OCF.
14. There are no cash or other alternatives to the promotional offer in whole or in part.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, death, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of redeeming this offer or accepting any promotional gifts. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
17. Oracle Asset Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the sale of consumer credit. Our FCA Authorisation Number is 662576.
18. The Promotion will be governed by English Law. And any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
